At Noble Silhouette, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a seamless return or exchange process.
Our Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- All tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

- A return shipping label
- Detailed instructions on how to send your item back
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend:
- Initiating a return for the original item.
- Placing a new order for your desired item once your return is approved.
This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our exacting standards. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Made-to-order or personalized pieces
- Intimates and lingerie
- Jewelry (for hygiene purposes)

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return—no explanation needed. As with our standard return policy, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with all tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an update regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
